- Liza was the eldest of two girls. Even at a young age she was determined to act. She appeared in a production aged six, but her family emigrated to Australia when she was fifteen. There, she had a part in the television series Skippy. At nineteen, she returned to England in order to act and got a part as Victoria in Take Three Girls. She first married actor Colin Baker, but this only lasted eighteen months. Her second marriage was to singer Alvin Stardust and that lasted eight years. Her third marriage was to producer David Cobham. They live in Norfolk. She has two children from her marriages.
