  • He worked as head of acquisitions for Abbey Films before quitting to co-write and direct his first low budget feature "Pride and Joy" (2006) which was acquired by Radio Telefis Eireann (RTE) in 2006. He was also the former head of marketing for Abbey films, the former head of the Dublin French Film Festival and now works solely with his writing and producing partner Nell Greenwood.
  • A former head of distribution in Ireland (Lord of the Rings, Four Weddings), picked up several Irish features including 'Adam & Paul (Lenny Abrahamson) before producing the micro budget 'Peaches' starring Matthew Rhys (The Americans) and Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone). Co-wrote, produced and directed 'Pride and Joy' with partner Nell Greenwood for RTE (20% ratings hit) nominated for Monte Carlo. Moving from Ireland to Australia co-wrote 'False Witness', a $6 million mini series with Dougray Scott. Quitting the business for ten years, he set up Bleak Mid Winter during Covid and built up a development slate over a few years. He co owns a new company in the UK with producer Carley Armstrong and is going into production on the UK based 'Kill Paddy'.
