Biography

Jake Glaser was born to Elizabeth Glaser (née Elizabeth Meyer; November 11, 1947-December 3, 1994) and actor and director Paul Michael Glaser.

Jake was born HIV positive. (He acquired the disease from his mother, who acquired it through a blood transfusion while she was giving birth to Jake's older sister, Ariel, who died to due complications from the disease in the summer of 1988.)

Jake helps to run the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS foundation, which was founded by his late mother.

Jake hopes to one day become a father.
