- Phil Giroux was born in 1970 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is a writer and director, known for Breeders' Cup (2004), Texas Hold'em King 2 (2005) and The Tom Green Show (1999).
- Phil has an uncontrollable laugh that many consider being his trademark. During the premiere of Freddy Got Fingered (2001) Drew Barrymore repeatedly asked Phil to do his infamous laugh.
- Once put on a "one time" live rock revue to a small audience in Quebec, Canada. There he performed songs including "Helicopter" and "Rock me".
