Jerry played Tennis for Jacksonville State University, where he also made a little money singing and playing guitar at pubs, coffee houses, etc. He even sang at the Homecoming Beauty Pageant for the university. Full circle, he has gotten to play guitar and sing, as well as, playing a tennis player in network TV shows.
