Aaron L. Gilbert

Gilbert was the Chairman and CEO of the BRON group of companies, a content creator and media-tech focused company co-founded with his wife, Brenda Gilbert, before its closure in the Fall of 2023. Headquartered in British Columbia, BRON Media Corp. had BRON Studios, which focused on scripted and non-scripted film and television series. BRON Digital, an animation and interactive gaming unit, produced via a virtual pipeline powered by Epic Games' Unreal Engine. A separate division, BRON Ventures, oversaw the company's investments in 11 other media and media-tech related companies. BRON companies received hundreds of honors, including 38 Academy Awards nominations (6 wins), 39 BAFTA Awards nominations, and more than 350 Film Festival Award nominations and wins.
