J. Ronald Getty was born on December 19, 1929 in Berlin, Germany. J. was a producer, known for Rage (1972), The Mutations (1974) and Honky (1971). J. died on July 13, 2009.

Son of Jean Paul Getty and Adolphine Getty.

Older stepbrother of Gordon Peter Getty, Paul Getty, & Timothy Christopher Ware Getty. He also had an older half sister named Paula Eckstrom who only lived for one year.

Step-uncle of Aileen Getty, Ariadne Getty, John Paul Getty III, Mark Getty, & Tara Gabriel Getty.
