Sisworo Gautama Putra was born on 26 May 1938 in Kisaran, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Sisworo was a director and writer, known for Pact with the Forces of Darkness (1991), Wolf (1981) and Satan's Slaves (2017). Sisworo died on 5 January 1993.
