He was an actor and director, known for Late Night Theatre (1972), Wyvern at War: The Story of the 43rd (Wessex Division) from June 1944 to V.E. Day (1965) and High Water (1981). He was married to Burda Cann and Joan Plowright. He died on March 13, 2018 in Devon, England, UK.
