Biography

Reeves Gabrels was born on June 4, 1956 in Staten Island, New York, USA. He is a composer and actor, known for The Saint (1997), Seven (1995) and Memento (2000).

While playing lead guitar for Tin Machine, Reeves couldn't tell the difference between bass player Tony Fox Sales and his brother, drummer Hunt Sales.

Tin Machine had fallen on the grenade, gotten rid of the "Phil Collins-Tina Turner-1980s-Let's Dance-vibe" that he was uncomfortable with, and basically re-booted the Bowie (David Bowie) career system. All in all, it was fun, nobody died, and it was an education in diving into the deep end of the pool.
