Biography

Kenta Fukasaku was born on September 15, 1972 in Tokyo, Japan. He is a director and writer, known for Battle Royale (2000), Battle Royale II: Requiem (2003) and XX (2007).

Son of filmmaker Kinji Fukasaku and actress Sanae Nakahara.

After his father's death, it was announced that Kenta would finish the filming of the sequel to Battle Royale (Battle Royale (2000)), Battle Royale II (Battle Royale II: Requiem (2003)).
