Biography

Florian is a TV and film director, writer, and photographer. He lives in Los Angeles and Berlin.

As a director, he has done close to 50 episodes of prime-time series, 19 TV movies, and two feature films. He worked in Germany, the US, Mexico, China, Prague, Portugal, Holland, Italy, Austria, and his country of origin, Switzerland.

Florian has written both his big-screen feature films. He has been a writer or co-writer on several TV movies and has often (without credit) done revisions or rewrites of scripts he directed. Florian is constantly developing content for him to direct.

Florian is a passionate photographer and takes most of the stills photos from his films. His photographic work includes street photography, architecture, travel photography, nature, and portraits. He has exhibited his work several times in Germany and Switzerland.

In 2023 Florian started his YouTube channel "Stay Curious" which is focused mainly on photography, filmmaking and storytelling.
