Frank Frayne was born on December 10, 1862 in Kingston, Missouri, USA. He was an actor, known for Trapped in the Great Metropolis (1914) and Temporal Death (1913). He was married to Adelaide Goundre (actress). He died on September 20, 1938 in Valley Stream, Long Island, New York, USA.

Survived by his widow, Mrs. Minnie A. Frayne (aka Adelaide Goundre); a daughter, Miss Viola Frayne; and a son, Frank I. Frayne Jr. (formerly an actor).
