Rami Rivera Frankl is an Information Technologist and Media Executive with experience in Retail, Corporate, and Entertainment Industries. Strong background in creating and implementing strategic plans and resolving complex challenges for domestic and international businesses.

Experience in working internationally in Central and South America, Israel, and Europe.

DragonTree Technologies is a consulting firm providing interim CIO outsourcing solutions and consulting in Information Technologies, Cybersecurity, Media, and International Relations.

Helping companies solve IT challenges, create and manage media projects, resolve International challenges, digital accessibility, and ADA Website Accessibility & Compliance Issues (WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA, and Section 508.)

In the 90s, Rami was recruited by Universal Studio's Digital Media Lab (DVCC), where he worked with a Panasonic/Universal team to help develop Video Compression (Mpeg-2) encoding systems, High Definition, Digital Cinema, and DVD technologies. After several years of building and managing digital media departments, Rami and business partner Brent Akamine launched HobokenWest Digital Media in 2003, where they served clients including MGM, SONY, Paramount, Disney, Fox, Toyota USA, Universal, Panasonic Disc Services, Warner Bros, New Line Cinema and Vivendi Visual Entertainment (UMGD).

Rami is passionate about Human Rights, Equality, and Digital Accessibility for all people.

Parallel to his career, Rami has devoted himself to serving the community as a volunteer and board member for various non-profits and civic organizations.
