Patrick Howard Fraley is an American voice actor and teacher from Seattle, Washington who is widely known for voicing Krang, Casey Jones and Baxter Stockman from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. He also voiced Buzz Lightyear in various Toy Story media whenever Tim Allen isn't available. He had a wife and four children.
