René Floriot was born on October 20, 1902 in Paris, France. He was a writer and actor, known for Ouvert contre X... (1952), La vérité tient à un fil (1976) and Erreurs judiciaires (1975). He died on December 22, 1975 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, France.

Famous defence attorney. He was the defender of the doctor Marcel Petiot, a serial killer who was sentenced to death for 27 murders in 1946 and executed a few weeks later.
