Biography

Anneliese Fleyenschmidt was born on November 14, 1919 in Fley [now Hagen], Northrhine-Westfalia, Germany. She was an actress and writer, known for Das letzte Paradies (1972), Sesamstraße (1973) and Geschäft mit der Schönheit - Beobachtungen bei der Wahl der Miss Germany 1962 (1963). She was married to Otto Arneth. She died on May 22, 2007 in Munich, Germany.

One of Germany's first TV announcers, working for the local Bavarian network BR from 1954 to 1990.

City councilor of Munich from 1978 to 1984.

After studying at the University of Munich, she attended acting lessons at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule.
