Biography

Marshall Flaum was born on September 13, 1925 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He was a producer and writer, known for The Yanks Are Coming (1963), Bing Crosby: His Life and Legend (1978) and A Yabba-Dabba-Doo Celebration!: 50 Years of Hanna-Barbera (1989). He was married to Gita Miller. He died on October 1, 2010 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Appeared on Broadway with Basil Rathbone in "Julius Caesar", and with Olivia de Havilland in "Romeo and Juliet" while studying with Lee Strasberg.

Father of Erica Flaum and Seth Flaum.

He collected movie posters from the 1930s and 40s.

He served in the army in WWII, and studied acting at the University of Iowa.
