Brian Fischler is a comedian, producer, podcast host, and founder of the nationally recognized comedy benefit Laugh For Sight. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has performed at many of the country’s top comedy clubs including Gotham Comedy Club, Carolines on Broadway, The Comedy Store, The Laugh Factory, and Hollywood Improv.
Fischler founded Laugh For Sight in 2004, a celebrity comedy fundraiser supporting blindness research and guide dog programs. Through the event he has worked with more than 120 comedians including Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman, Jim Gaffigan, Bill Burr, Gilbert Gottfried, and Robert Klein.
He has appeared on Today, Top Gear America, Today in New York, and NBC National News. Fischler won the "Blind Drift Challenge" on Top Gear America and has also appeared in Beverly Hills, 90210 and the short film See What I See.
In addition to stand-up and television appearances, Fischler is the host and producer of "That Real Blind Tech Show," a podcast blending comedy, interviews, and technology discussion. He was also named Maxim Magazine’s "Comedian of the Month" for his unique comedic perspective and storytelling style.
Brian resides in New York City with his Guide Dog Wesley. He is extremely passionate and involved in several blindness related causes.
