Rogelio Fernández was born on 24 May 1922 in Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Mexico. He was an actor, known for The Rebellion of the Hanged (1954), El mar y tú (1952) and Tu recuerdo y yo (1953). He was married to Hortensia Bustamante. He died on 11 July 1957 in Mexico, D.F., Mexico.
