Leonardo Favio was born on 28 May 1938 in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. He was an actor and writer, known for Aniceto (2008), Gatica, the Monkey (1993) and Chronicle of a Boy Alone (1965). He was married to María Vaner. He died on 5 November 2012 in Buenos Aires, Federal District, Argentina.
