Jason Fairn

Jason Fairn was born in Canada. In his youth he became a big martial arts fan thanks to such movies as Enter The Dragon starring Bruce Lee. Fairn took his martial arts training a little further when he entered the world of Mixed Martial Arts. Fighting throughout Canada, he racked up an undefeated bare knuckle record of 22-0. Trained by former world champion kick-boxer Patrick Smith, the undefeated Fairn was featured in the Ultimate Fighting Championship in an elimination match against Texas kick-boxer Guy Mezger. In an action packed match in which Fairn held the upper-hand early, Mezger scored a brutal 1st round technical knockout victory when Fairn's corner threw in the towel. After his defeat, Fairn had a few fights which he lost. Just when it seemed his career was over, he launched a comeback in 2004 and defeated 3 opponents in one night.
