- RC holds the world record for being the oldest impact college football player (impact = over 100 plays) at 50 years old. He played college football at Santa Monica College from the age 47 - 50. He was the team captain, a 4.0 Academic All-American, and played safety and outside linebacker.
- RC holds the world record for being the oldest impact professional football player (impact = over 100 plays) at 54 years old in 2024 for the Wheeling Miners Indoor Football Team in Wheeling, West Virginia. The previous record holder was George Blanda, who retired at age 48 from the NFL in 1975. His record stood for fifty years. RC plays middle linebacker, long snapper, and is on the kickoff head-hunting team. He is on injured reserve from a knee injury for the 2025 season and is training to return for the 2026 season.
