Daniel Erickson(I)

Daniel Erickson is an Austin-based filmmaker whose most notable credits include the award-winning short film Mr. Pumpkin (1986) and the independent feature film Scary Movie (1991) which he directed from his own original story. Scary Movie (not to be misconstrued with the Waynes Brothers comedy by the same name) received the Silver Award at the Houston International Film Festival. Shortly thereafter, Daniel Erickson established himself as an accomplished director of Texas music videos, many of which have been broadcast in Europe. Erickson is currently developing feature-length projects while continuing to work on music video and commercial productions. Daniel Erickson recently completed production on Eve's Necklace, a thriller which he wrote and directed, that features an all-mannequin cast.
