When not working on the JAG set, Sibel Ergener works as the assistant director at the Portsmouth Abbey Community Theater in Portsmouth, R.I. She moved to the Newport RI area when her husband, Navy LT Peter Galindez, was transferred to the JAG office at Naval Station Newport.
