Howie Epstein was born on July 21, 1955 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. He was an actor, known for Band of the Hand (1986), Powwow Highway (1989) and She's the One (1996). He died on February 23, 2003 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
