Born outside Tokyo, 1971. In 1980, moved to London, UK with family.
Educated in the English boarding school system. In 1990, having left
the boarding school, joined his parents in L.A. who had moved there in
1986. Graduate 1995 University of California at Santa Barbara, B.A.
Film Studies. Younger sister Cherry (Chihiro) Enoki, is a graduate of
Tufts University, and is an Editor.
