- Anthony Elmore is known for Contemporary Gladiator (1988).
- In 1974, he joined the Japanese Buddhist Sect NSA or Nichiren Shoshu of America. In 1995, he traveled to Japan and formally re-joined the Nichiren Shoshu Temple in Taisekiji, Japan. After had departing from it in 1991, due to being unhappy with the culture and "Japanese cultural domination". In 2012, a Nichiren Shoshu Priest visited his home and asked him to leave culture out of Buddhism. He took this message as a cue to depart Nichiren Shoshu.

- In 1982, he became a World champion Kickboxer and at that time he got out of the carpeting business. A business, he returned to in 1992.
- Is a 5 time World Karate/Kickboxing Champion.
- Grew up in the carpeting business working with his later father William Frank Elmore Sr. who held the distinction of installing carpeting in the first Holiday Inn hotel in Memphis. He worked with his father and as a youth he open his own installation business and landed a contract doing work for retail giant Sears.
