Charles Elmore is a filmmaker from Tulsa, OK. He has been working in the Tulsa film and video industry since 2000 and has worked on dozens of films, music videos, and commercials. His work has taken him across the United States, as well as to Haiti and Fiji. He was born in Collinsville, OK in 1980. Charles Elmore is a filmmaker from Tulsa, OK. Originally from Claremore, OK he attended college at the Art Institute of Seattle. Charles has been working in the film industry in Oklahoma since 2000, serving in many different departments, starting out as an editor before moving into the camera realm as an operator and director of photography on Numerous short films, documentaries and feature films. He has contributed to works that have been nominated for several Heartland Emmy awards and has won two for his work as an editor on the TV series Osiyo: Voices of the Cherokee people, a news magazine show featuring diverse stories on the Cherokee Nation.

Charles is also actively involved in the film community in Tulsa, OK. Lending his abilities as a director of photography and Assistant Camera skills to several feature films and short films. His most recent role was as Camera Operator on the fantasy film Starbright, which filmed in Bartlesville, OK. The film stars Alexandra Dowling, John Rhys-Davies, Ted Levine, Diego Boneta & Gbenga Akinnagbe.

A passionate advocate for film and film literacy, Charles has also served as an adjunct professor at the Univesrity of Tulsa, where he has taught courses from intro to film to Advanced Production Techniques, guiding future filmmakers along their educational journey. In addition he has worked on dozens of short films, music videos, and commercials. His work has taken him across the United States, as well as to Haiti and Fiji.
