Marianna Elliott was born on June 23, 1930 in China Grove, North Carolina, USA. She was a costume designer, known for Blue Thunder (1983), CBS Summer Playhouse (1987) and The Big Bus (1976). She was married to Alan Oppenheimer. She died on June 21, 2003 in Beverly Hills, California, USA.

First and third wife of Alan Oppenheimer.

She was nominated for a 1998 Joseph Jefferson Award for Costume Design for "Play On!", at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.

She was awarded the 1986 Drama Logue Award for Outstanding Costume Design for "Green Card" at the Mark Taper Forum Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

She was awarded the 1994 Drama Logue Award for Outstanding Costume Design for "Floating Islands" at the Mark Taper Forum Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

He was awarded the 1999 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Distinguished Costume Design for "Arcadia" in a Gordon Davidson and Mark Taper Forum production at the Mark Taper Forum Theatre in Los Angeles, California.
