West coast sexploitation and later pornographic film actor Alex Elliot was a regular presence in Bob Chinn’s early ‘Johnny Wadd’ film series starring legendary John Holmes as the packing private eye, often turning up also in tongue in cheek supporting roles e.g. a nude male model in the ‘lost’ Kathy Hilton film ‘The Caper’ (1970), the protagonist’s concerned friend in ‘Sky Pilot’ (1972), and occasional lead parts such as the crafty crime caper ‘Run Jackson, Run’ (1972). A reliable presence who could walk and chew gum at the same time, Elliot appeared in the occasional mainstream movie whilst mixing soft and hardcore performances, continuing to parlay his easygoing attitude and trademark mutton chops before apparently moving onto greener pastures by the middle of the decade.
