Ertem Eğilmez was born on 18 February 1929 in Trabzon, Turkey. He was a director and producer, known for My Dear Brother (1973), Kalbimin Efendisi (1970) and A Nation Awakens (1966). He died on 21 September 1989 in Istanbul, Turkey.
