Biography

Bjørn Dæhlie was born on June 19, 1967 in Nannestad, Eidsvoll, Norway. He is an actor, known for Vremya (1968), Olympic Stories (2018) and Vasaloppet (1966).

Famous "cross country skier" who dominated the sport in the 1990's. He won 8 Olympic Gold medals in the 90's and is considered to be a legend.

He retired in 2001 because of a back injury he got while training in 1999.

Won his first Olympic gold medal in Alberville, France in 1992. Has 12 Olympic medals total and over 40 World Cup victories.

Is the favorite athlete to the King of Biathlon, Ole Einar Bjørndalen.
