Biography

Bozena Dykiel is a Polish actress renowned for her work in film, television, and theater. She graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. Dykiel made her film debut in Uciec jak najblizej (1972) and gained recognition for her roles in Wesele (1973), The Promised Land (1975), and Mokry szmal (1986). She was associated with Teatr Narodowy in Warsaw from 1972 to 1985. She has portrayed Maria Zieba in the TV series Na Wspólnej (2003). Throughout her career, Dykiel has been honored with several awards, including the Silver Medal for Merit to Culture Gloria Artis.
