Lovely, busty, and slender 5'6" blonde bombshell Helen Duval was born Bernadette Hessink-Friebel on September 19, 1965 in the Netherlands. Duval started out in the sex industry as a column writer for the Dutch erotic magazine Tuk. Helen first began performing in explicit hardcore movies after she met German porn director/producer Sascha Alexander in 1993. Among the notable studios Duval has appeared in X-rated features for are Private, VCA, Blue Coyote Pictures, and Sascha Alexander Productions. Outside of acting, Helen has also produced and/or directed a few adult films.
