Harry Dunkinson was born on December 16, 1876 in New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for On Trial (1917), Skinner's Dress Suit (1917) and The Daredevil (1920). He was married to Hazel Reid. He died on March 14, 1936 in California, USA.

It was announced in Trade Paper items in 1934 that Harry Dunkinson was to be cast in the Hal Roach comedy short "The Live Ghost". From an examination of the film it appears that he ultimately was not cast.
