Biography

As an actress, director, and producer, Sandrine Dumas combines her work in film with her work in theater. She has directed two features documentary films, Marilú, Nostos, a feature fiction film, Sing me back home, and two short films. As an actress she worked with Medhi Charef, Ermanno Olmi, Milos Forman, Claire Denis, Krystof Kieslowski, Robert Altman among others... Her production company Pio&co promotes and coproduces genuine director's voices such as Claire Simon, Mia Hansen Løve, Marina de Van, Jafar Panahi, Naomi Kawase and Lucrecia Martel.
