Fredrica Duke was born on October 12, 1953 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is an actress and director, known for Dying for Control (2021), Keaton's Cop (1990) and Texas Godfather (1985). She has been married to Michael Barrie since October 23, 1998. They have five children. She was previously married to Daniel Kupper.

Fredrica, a.k.a. Fredde writes stories of growing up in Beverly Hills on her blog Channeling the Food Critic in Me. Her children, Oliver, Augie Duke and Barnaby Duke, are artists and performers. Her father, Maurice Duke, handicapped from polio, was a one-of-a-kind B-movie producer, about whom she has completed a documentary. Her husband, Michael Barrie, was a writer for the Late Show with David Letterman. Her brother Alan, was a senior vice president of Walt Disney TV.
