Biography

Jürgen Drews was born on April 2, 1945 in Nauen, Brandenburg, Germany. He is a music artist and actor, known for Playing with Love (1977), Short Night of Glass Dolls (1971) and Blue Movie (1971). He has been married to Ramona Drews since May 1995. They have one child. He was previously married to Corinna Drews.

Has a son, Fabian (born in 1981), from his marriage to Corinna Drews, and a daughter, Joelina (born on 27 September 1995), from his marriage to Ramona Drews.

Resides in Dülmen, Germany and on Majorca.

Performing at the infamous tourist disco "Oberbayern" on Majorca in the last years, he has been the self-proclaimed "King of Majorca".

His song "Ein Bett im Kornfeld" (lit. for A bed in the grain field) topped the German Single Charts for six weeks (1976).

While being a member of Les Humphries Singers, he started his solo career in 1973.
