Tom Donovan was born on August 1, 1922 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He was a producer and director, known for Love Is a Many Splendored Thing (1967), 'Way Out (1961) and General Hospital (1963). He was married to Marie Donovan. He died on October 27, 2011 in Englewood, New Jersey, USA.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marie Donovan. He is survived by children, Kathleen Donovan and Kevin Donovan.
