Marc Doelnitz was born on 24 April 1921 in Paris, France. He was an actor and costume designer, known for Frou-Frou (1955), Circle of Love (1964) and A Matter of Resistance (1966). He died on 8 December 2000 in Montpellier, Hérault, France.
