Billy Dickson was born in Elgin, Illinois, USA. He is known for Ally McBeal (1997), IQ-145 (2008) and The Palmer Supremacy (2014).

Member of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) since 2002.

Billy Dickson is a film teacher at at Landmark Christian School in Fairborn, Georgia. His Film 3/4 class's main film project this year is called "Antoine: the Musical?".
