Biography

Dudley Dickerson was born on November 27, 1906 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, USA. He was an actor, known for Hold That Lion! (1947), The Green Pastures (1936) and Vagabond Loafers (1949). He died on September 23, 1968 in Lynwood, California, USA.

Best remembered for his appearances in several of The Three Stooges' shorts, usually as startled cooks, quizzical orderlies, frightened porters, and apprehensive watchmen.

Following his death, he was buried inside a lawn crypt at Lincoln Memorial Park in Carson, California. Callanan Mortuary supplied his casket. He was two months away prior to his sixty-second birthday.
