Brian Devine is an American filmmaker, producer and the founder of Gigantic Studios and Gigantic Pictures, one of New York's longest-established independent production and post-production companies that has been built by filmmakers for filmmakers.
Before founding and building Gigantic, Devine worked with producer Stanley M. Brooks on feature films and television before partnering with writer and director Steven Lisberger, creator of Tron. Together, Lisberger and Devine developed projects for Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, American Zoetrope, led by Francis Ford Coppola, and Kushner-Locke.
As a producer, Devine has developed narrative features, documentaries and short films that have screened at leading international film festivals including Cannes, Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, Toronto, Warsaw and Zurich.
His producing credits include Frank Serpico, Night School, Heartworn Highways Revisited, We're Still Here: Johnny Cash's Bitter Tears Revisited and Sunday. He has also executive produced several projects, including Lucy Schulman, which premiered at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival.
Through Gigantic, Devine has built one of America's most respected independent creative companies, supporting filmmakers across development, production and post-production on award-winning feature films, documentaries and premium television.
