Starring Sanjay Dutt (Replaced Shah Rukh Khan), Salman Khan, Vinod Khanna ( Replaced Nana Patekar), Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty( The role was originally to be done by Prabhudevaa. Prabhudevaa received numerous offers in Hindi after Humse Hain Muqabla released. One story doing the rounds was that Sooraj Barjatya wanted Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Prabhudevaa for his next film after Hum Aapke Hain Koun.
