- Recently wrapped a principal role in the upcoming feature film Orpheus in Reverse, written and directed by Gabriel Judet-Weinshel, playing Leslie. Television credits include numerous co-star roles across network and streaming platforms: City on Fire (Apple TV); Gotham (FOX), as a scarred, imprisoned killer holding a guard hostage; The Mysteries of Laura (NBC), as a knife-wielding, drug-addled assailant; Shades of Blue (NBC), as a pimp caught in a volatile altercation in a seedy motel; The Carrie Diaries (The CW); Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix), as a judgmental library patron; The Last O.G. (TBS); Full Circle (HBO); Olga Dies Dreaming (Hulu, pilot); The Breaks (VH1); Maniac (Netflix); and For Life (ABC). Film credits include Algorithm Bliss (dir. Dena Hysell & Isaak Borg), opposite Sean Faris, as Ray, a victim turned murderer; A Hollywood Love Story (dir. Terry Donnellan), as a soap opera producer with questionable methods; and Voices (MGM Studios), as Demetrius, alongside Barry Miller. Stage credits include Oscar Madison in The Odd Couple (Cider Mill Playhouse); Bob in Austin Pendleton's Uncle Bob (Abingdon Theatre); understudy for both juvenile roles, and previously replaced in the juvenile lead, in the original production of Landscape of the Body at the Public Theater's Newman Theatre, starring Shirley Knight and F. Murray Abraham. His Broadway debut came as a replacement in the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize winning original production of The Shadow Box at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre; he also appeared in Nite Lites at the Public Theater, directed by Wilford Leach, and re-visited his role in The Shadow Box, this time directed by Richard Chamberlain, at the Charles Playhouse in Boston. His off-Broadway credits include Funeral March for a One Man Band at Westbeth Theatre, along with Dwight Schultz, Ellen Barber & June Squibb. Rob's training includes Meisner, Adler & Strasberg Technique, followed by advanced scene work, Shakespeare, and on-camera master classes. This fall, he will complete Les Chantery's masterclass, The Dangerous Actor. Rob is also an Audible-approved ACX narrator and producer. He recently wrote, narrated and produced Second Act: A Working Actor's Handbook, now available on Audible.
