Much like the grade school students his character teaches in 'Radical' (2023), Eugenio Derbez dreamed big as a young boy, aspiring to become an astronaut, a fireman, and a race car driver when he grew up. Instead, he looked to his actor mother, who was able to play all these roles, and became an actor just like her. Derbez tells IMDb about the mentors who helped him understand this role of real-life teacher Sergio Juárez in 'Radical.' He also breaks down why 'CODA' (2021) and 'Instructions Not Included' (2013) changed his life.
