Biography

A Sundance Lab Fellow and Grantee, Drew Denny is known for her hilarious and thought provoking documentary Second Nature, narrated by Elliot Page, her comedy pilot Wander Women, which won Best Episodic at BIFF 2025, and her one woman show turned Academy Award nominated podcast Asking For It, distributed by the CBC. Her forthcoming feature comedy Love & Chaos stars Lux Pascal, Christine Taylor, Bebe Wood and Anna Akana. Her hybrid comedy documentary Inhabit won the 2025 Chicken & Egg Development Grant, and Second Nature was awarded grants from the Sundance Documentary Fund, the Frameline Finishing Fund, and the Chimaera Finishing Fund.
