Françoise Delbart was born on 18 April 1930 in Paris, France. She was an actress, known for The Possessors (1958), Crainquebille (1954) and The Gangsters (1957). She was married to Alain Bornet. She died on 25 December 2023 in Évreux, Eure, France.

She is the woman in <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1257003/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Robert Doisneau</a>&#39;s famous 1950 photograph, The Kiss by the Hotel de Ville, posing alongside her then boyfriend, Jacques Carteaud.
