- Simon's most recent work includes writing and producing the true-crime series 'Catching Killers' (Amazon Prime), the true-disaster special 'Worst. Christmas. Ever.' (Bad Day HQ) and the true-crime podcast series 'Murder Time' (Apple, Spotify, etc.). Simon started in television as a floor director, soon became a studio cameraman, then a lighting cameraman on the elite 'film crew'. He was recruited as a field producer on 'America's Most Wanted', and then wrote, produced and directed the 'celebrity profiles' that led him to produce his first award-winning television series. Scaling up, Simon joined the Director's Guild and spent three years as a feature and TV movie AD before becoming a house producer on high-end agency commercials.
